Job Summary

Vodafone Idea Limited is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to lead our distribution channel in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales planning, forecasting, and distribution implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish a best-in-class distribution footprint and a strong promoter channel.
  • Deliver sales targets for all products by executing the distribution strategy.
  • Help zones and circles achieve revenue targets by driving secondaries through Mass Retail distribution.
  • Monitor quality of acquisition through the distribution channel.
  • Track competition and report on schemes and programs.
  • Ensure availability of stock at retail while adhering to norms.
  • Execute promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and build market credibility.

Requirements

  • Graduation in a regular program.
  • Desirable: post-graduation in business management or MBA.
  • 5-7 years of work experience in distribution planning and channel implementation.
