Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer Associate to join our team. As a Sales Engineer Associate, you will be responsible for carrying out NE Sales operations, generating inquiries, and finalizing orders. You will also support sales and marketing functions, forecast sales, and set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with customers, architects, and consultants to assess their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a customer database.
  • Keep CRM updated and establish product strategies for assigned territories or accounts.
  • Identify and maintain relationships with key personnel in major customer organizations.
  • Keep customers informed and updated on product developments and literature.
  • Conduct market surveys and stay up-to-date on competitors.
  • Prepare and submit elevator proposals and tenders.
  • Negotiate and finalize orders.
  • Process orders received.
  • Achieve minimum 90% target for the year.
  • Coordinate SIP meetings.
  • Ensure customer visits as per guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in customer handling roles.
  • BE/B.Tech and MBA from UGC/AICTE-approved institutions.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and systems.
  • Strong analytical skills.
