Job Title: Sales Engineer Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer Associate to join our team. As a Sales Engineer Associate, you will be responsible for carrying out sales operations, generating inquiries, and finalizing orders. You will also be responsible for supporting sales and marketing functions, forecasting, and target setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out sales operations and generate inquiries
  • Finalize orders and support sales and marketing functions
  • Forecast and set targets
  • Meet with customers, architects, and consultants to assess their requirements
  • Develop and increase customer database
  • Keep CRM updated and establish product strategy for allotted territory or account
  • Identify and maintain rapport with key persons in major customer organizations
  • Keep customers informed and updated with product development and literature
  • Market survey and know competitors
  • Generate and attend new inquiries and prepare sales negotiation data sheet
  • Prepare and submit model elevator proposal and tenders
  • Attend pre-bid meetings, tender opening, and negotiation meetings
  • Follow up on proposals and tenders and negotiate and finalize orders
  • Process orders received and achieve minimum 90% target set for the year
  • Coordinate SIP meetings and ensure customer visits as per guidelines
Requirements:
  • 3 to 6 years' experience in customer handling role
  • BE/B.Tech & MBA from UGC/AICTE approved institution
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on with MS office and systems
  • Good analytical skills
