Role/Job Title: Territory Sales Manager- SEPL
Function/Department: Sales
Job Purpose:
The role bearer is responsible for sourcing business loans and professional loans from branches, open markets, and online aggregators. They will establish a quality portfolio, manage a team, maintain strong relationships, and communicate effectively across different mediums. The role bearer must adhere to policies and guidelines set by the bank. They will execute these tasks in a manner that is both sales supportive and risk averse, contributing to the larger objectives of the bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquiring business from branches, open markets, online aggregators, and call centers
- Effective communication with branch teams, BMs, cluster heads, and regional heads for business generation and leads
- Ensuring quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of retail assets, products, operations, and current market trends
- Identifying changing market trends, channel development for acquiring business, and providing high-quality customer service
- Recommending improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any Graduation
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in SEPL
