Account Manager Role at Infinite Uptime
As a key member of our team, the Account Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic account management. This role requires a strong understanding of our business, offerings, and industry, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating new leads and winning new clients through effective business development strategies.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and retention.
- Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio, providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes.
- Supporting sales teams to improve their performance and reach targets, developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience with business development, sales, or account management, with a focus on heavy industry or manufacturing industry.
- Experience managing large corporate accounts/industry portfolios, closing enterprise-level deals, and solution selling.
- Strong customer service and project management skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage tasks with cross-functional teams, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, highly organized and solution-oriented.
