Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with overseas clients, and closing deals. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including overseas markets, through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
  • Understand the needs and requirements of clients to effectively present solutions and address their challenges.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to tailor proposals and presentations that showcase the company's capabilities and offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of 36 years in IT services sales or SaaS sales, preferably with experience selling services with a ticket size of 50k.
  • Experience working with overseas clients and understanding their business cultures and practices.
  • Strong understanding of technology and IT products/services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
