About the Role:
Intricare Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager - Inside Sales to cultivate opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to target potential clients and customers. This role is critical to the success of our organization, as it generates new revenue through client referrals, networks, and web leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining good relations with potential business entrepreneurs and staying up-to-date with current industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate sales and customer service activities on clients' accounts
  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities
  • Create a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts
  • Set up meetings with US-based clients via calls and emails
  • Acknowledge incoming telephone calls, emails, and messages, and pass them to the sales representative or account manager for a detailed response
  • Build business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Collaborate with clients in the US to secure, retain, and grow accounts
  • Develop customized targeted sales strategies
  • Coordinate business generation activities
  • Answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goals
  • Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting

Requirements:
  • Comfortable making calls and talking to new people all day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with clients
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • In-depth understanding of company services and their position in the industry
  • Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

Must Haves:
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management
  • Cold calling experience; Previous experience as an inside sales representative, or related sales experience
  • Able to communicate with C-Level Executives professionally
