Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business and long-term account opportunities through prospecting and cold calling. They will also develop, coordinate, and implement marketing plans to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities.
Key Accountabilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and architects to drive long-term business.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to clients and external vendors.
- Provide detailed quotations to clients to help them understand price points, delivery time, etc.
- Help convert leads and coordinate for the dispatch of orders.
- Guide clients after dispatch to ensure proper installation of products and collect feedback.
- Maintain a proper data sheet for all inquiries and interactions done with clients.
- Interact with architects and develop relationships to bring long-term business to the company.
- Travel to various brick stores to interact with the sales team.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 4+ years' experience in sales and business development.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and architects.
- Ability to generate leads and build business in a wide-open market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good at organizing and planning.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Excellent at execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
