Corporate Sales Manager

This role involves expanding partnerships and driving adoption of salary account offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with HR/finance decision-makers at corporate clients.

  • We are looking for a sales professional who can build relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive growth.

The successful candidate will have a graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably an MBA, and 1–7 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Salary Accounts, or Relationship Management in banking/fintech.

They will be responsible for:

  • Expanding corporate partnerships
  • Sourcing and onboarding medium and large enterprises
  • Driving end-to-end sales cycle from pitching to signing agreements
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients

Additional skills and qualifications include:

  • Mentoring juniors or managing agency/vendor partners
  • Exposure to credit or payment products and their risk/compliance nuances
