Our team is expanding and we are seeking a Business Development Representative focused on the Australian B2B market.
Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential business leads in various industries across Australia.
You will work closely with our Sales and Business Development teams to build a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent growth in customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential B2B prospects in Australia using industry directories and other prospecting tools.
- Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound methods.
- Qualify prospects based on business needs and readiness to adopt communication solutions.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for our Sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with our Sales and Marketing teams to refine targeting strategies and outreach messaging.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably for international markets.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Strong research skills using industry directories, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools.
- Ability to confidently conduct cold calls and email outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in early morning shifts.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in SaaS or Telecom services.
- Knowledge of Australian business culture and sales approach.
- Prior experience working with B2B decision-makers (CEOs, Marketing Managers, IT Heads).
