Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential business leads in the Australian B2B market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential B2B prospects across Australia in various industries.
  • Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound methods.
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and readiness to adopt communication solutions.
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably for international markets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong research skills using industry directories and other prospecting tools.
  • Ability to confidently conduct cold calls and email outreach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
