Business Development Representative (B2B Market)

This is a pivotal role that requires the ability to identify, engage, and qualify potential business leads in Australia's B2B market.


Key responsibilities include researching and identifying potential prospects across various industries, generating leads through multiple channels, qualifying prospects based on business needs and readiness to adopt communication solutions, scheduling discovery calls and product demos for the sales team, maintaining accurate lead records in the CRM, and collaborating with sales and marketing to refine targeting strategies and outreach messaging.


Requirements include minimum one year of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably for international markets, excellent communication skills in English, strong research skills using LinkedIn and industry directories, and familiarity with CRM systems. Self-motivation, target-driven, and comfortable working in early morning shifts are also essential.


Preferred skills include experience in SaaS, Telecom, or CRM-related services, knowledge of Australian business culture, and prior experience working with B2B decision-makers.
