We help companies improve customer engagement through secure, scalable, and reliable communication tools.We are expanding our team in Ahmedabad and looking for a Business Development focused on the Australian B2 B market.Role OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential business leads in Australia. You will work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to build a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent growth in customer acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential B2 B prospects across Australia in industries such as retail, Marketing Agencies, education, and technology.Generate leads via , cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound methods.Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and readiness to adopt communication solutions.Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the Sales team.Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine targeting strategies and outreach messaging.Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in B2 B lead generation, preferably for international (Australia/US/UK) markets.Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).Strong research skills using , industry directories, and other prospecting tools.Ability to confidently conduct cold calls and email outreach.Familiarity with CRM systems (Hub Spot, Zoho, GHL, or similar).Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in early morning shifts.Preferred SkillsExperience in Saa S, Telecom, or CRM-related services.Knowledge of Australian business culture and sales approach.Prior experience working with B2 B decision-makers (CEOs, Marketing Managers, IT Heads).What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work with an international brand expanding rapidly in the Australian market.Professional growth and training in sales, CRM, and business development.A collaborative and supportive work environment.????
