We are expanding our team and looking for a professional to join us in the Australian B2B market.

Role Overview

This role involves identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential business leads in Australia. You will work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to build a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent growth in customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential B2B prospects across Australia in industries such as retail, marketing agencies, education, and technology.
  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound methods.
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs, readiness to adopt communication solutions, and budget.
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the Sales team.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine targeting strategies and outreach messaging.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably for international markets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong research skills using LinkedIn, industry directories, and other prospecting tools.
  • Ability to confidently conduct cold calls and email outreach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in early morning shifts.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in SaaS, Telecom, or CRM-related services.
  • Knowledge of Australian business culture and sales approach.
  • Prior experience working with B2B decision-makers (CEOs, Marketing Managers, IT Heads).
