
Australian B2B Lead Generation Specialist

About our growing business you will be responsible for identifying, engaging and qualifying potential leads in Australia. You will work closely with sales and business development teams to build a strong pipeline of opportunities ensuring consistent growth in customer acquisition.
You will research and identify potential B2B prospects across Australia in industries such as retail marketing agencies education and technology. You will generate leads via cold calling email campaigns and other outbound methods qualify prospects based on business needs budget and readiness to adopt communication solutions schedule discovery calls and product demos for the sales team maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM collaborate with sales and marketing to refine targeting strategies and outreach messaging achieve and exceed weekly monthly lead generation targets
Key responsibilities include researching and identifying potential B2B prospects generating leads qualifying prospects scheduling discovery calls maintaining accurate records collaborating with sales and marketing to refine strategies achieving and exceeding lead generation targets
Requirements include minimum 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation preferably for international markets excellent communication skills in English strong research skills using industry directories and other prospecting tools ability to confidently conduct cold calls and email outreach familiarity with CRM systems HubSpot Zoho GHL or similar self-motivated target-driven and comfortable working in early morning shifts
Preferred skills include experience in SaaS Telecom or CRM-related services knowledge of Australian business culture and sales approach prior experience working with B2B decision-makers CEOs Marketing Managers IT Heads
