Job Title: Financial Compliance Specialist

As a Financial Compliance Specialist for an accounting and compliance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of clients' financial data.

Your attention to detail and understanding of Australian accounting processes will be essential in identifying errors and inconsistencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality reviews on completed jobs to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Identify errors, inefficiencies or inconsistencies and provide detailed feedback to team members.
  • Conduct review from three key perspectives: Accuracy, Business Insight, and System Compliance.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience working with Australian accounting clients.
  • Deep understanding of GST, BAS, Income Tax, Payroll, and bookkeeping standards.
  • Hands-on experience with Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, and relevant review tools.
