
Australian Market Expansion Manager

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development professional to expand our presence in the Australian market. This role involves identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential business leads across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential prospects using industry directories and other prospecting tools.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound methods.
- Qualify prospects based on their business needs, budget, and readiness to adopt communication solutions.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the Sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably for international markets.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Strong research skills using industry directories and other prospecting tools.
- Ability to confidently conduct cold calls and email outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in early morning shifts.
