About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Sales and Customer Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention through existing accounts while exploring new opportunities within the logistics and supply chain digitization space.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Elixia Tech's products and solutions in logistics and supply chain digitization.
  • Interact regularly with existing customers to ensure complete satisfaction with our product offerings, aiming for 100% retention for assigned accounts.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for additional solutions and services.
  • Analyze customer segments and target markets to identify new sources of revenue through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Independently generate leads for business development and forge channel partnerships to enhance the sales network and drive revenue.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer success within the logistics/supply chain industry is highly preferred.
  • Comprehensive domain knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain management is essential.

Salary:

$95,000 - $125,000 per annum, based on experience.
