We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to join our team at The Bombay Digital Company. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will play a critical role in driving sales through our online platforms.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about e-commerce marketing to work closely with our demand planning and clients to ensure smooth order fulfillment and provide analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sells through, and offer code performance.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Through E-Commerce Platforms: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales through our e-commerce platform, identifying opportunities to optimize product listings, improve user experience, and enhance overall customer engagement.
  • Manage Promotional Campaigns: Design and execute promotional campaigns to drive traffic and conversions, leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making and maximize ROI.
  • Provide Insights on Customer Shopping Trends: Analyze customer behavior and shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify gaps in our product offerings, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.
  • Ensure Excellent Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues efficiently and effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Demand Planning and Clients: Work closely with demand planning and clients to ensure smooth order fulfillment, managing inventory levels and optimizing logistics to meet customer needs.
  • Analyze and Report Metrics: Provide regular analysis and reporting on key metrics, including weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sales through, and offer code performance, to inform business decisions and drive growth.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also be responsible for listing products and opening new accounts on marketplaces, ensuring we have a strong presence across multiple channels.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • E-Commerce Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer engagement.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to inform business decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-commerce marketing tools and technologies, including Google Analytics, Adobe Target, and Salesforce.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
