We are seeking a seasoned E-Commerce Channel Manager to oversee and enhance our online sales operations. This role requires ensuring seamless user experiences, executing targeted digital marketing campaigns, and monitoring platform performance metrics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate product categorization, pricing, and promotion on e-commerce platforms to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans to increase traffic and conversions.
  • Maintain and update e-commerce platforms regularly to ensure smooth functionality and optimal performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insightful performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Analyze trends and market insights to optimize sales growth and site efficiency.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and warehouses to maintain efficient stock levels and inventory management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required for success in this role.
  • Estimated Salary Range: ₹3,600,000 - ₹6,000,000 per annum
