We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our team at ZF India Pvt. Ltd. in Pune, India.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage the back-office activities of Sales and Marketing, including sales process, SAP/Navision, receivables, and reports.
- To process orders in ERP for all OE customers, including sales order, price amendment, and supplementary invoice preparation.
- To track payments, follow up, and ensure timely escalation (internal & external) and work with Controlling and Customer Finance for accounts reconciliation.
- To support sample dispatch to customers and other ZF locations.
- To coordinate with the supply chain team for MRP and order management.
- To handle information processes and audit tasks with or without support from sales and marketing team members.
- To prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- To organize the sales dashboard and sales process.
Your Profile:
A graduate with 4+ years of experience in Sales, Order Management is required. The ideal candidate should have experience handling internal stakeholders and externals (customers). Good communication skills are essential.
Location: Pune, Chakan (Transportation will be provided).
The estimated salary for this role is ₹600,000 - ₹800,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
