Drive Business Outcomes as a Strategic Partner
Job Overview:- Business Data Management: Manage business data, draw actionable insights for improvement and own business inputs/outputs.
- Execution Ownership: Own on-ground business execution with the business head, working closely with functions to drive outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge between business functions and leadership, solve problems and drive growth.
- Process Building and Productization: Create SOPs for the business and individual functions, productize operations through internal tech and third-party SaaS solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university
- MBA from a reputable institution
- 1-5 years of experience in sales and program management (retail distribution/sales or BFSI preferred)
- Prior project management experience
- High comfort with data dashboarding and analysis
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
