About the Role

This high-visibility leadership position involves working closely with the executive team and global leaders to drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management:
  • Identify, prioritize, and plan initiatives based on their impact, ROI, and strategic value.
  • Maintain a 36-month phased roadmap, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor progress, risks, and ensure timely execution.
  • Execution & Delivery:
  • Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives effectively.
  • Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure initiatives launch on schedule.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with global policymakers, enterprise executives, event organizers, and sponsors to drive business outcomes.
  • Present progress updates to leadership, sponsors, and partners.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and external collaborators.
  • Sponsorship & Revenue Enablement:
  • Support sponsorship strategy by aligning initiatives with corporate and NGO partner goals.
  • Ensure deliverables for sponsors are met with excellence.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Oversight of initiative managers, consultants, and interns.
  • Establish clear goals, dashboards, and reporting systems.

This is a dynamic leadership role that requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, ideally in AI, technology policy, or global nonprofits.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Experience working with corporate sponsors, government partners, or international organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and take ownership of outcomes.
