Cloud Communications Sales Strategist

MyOperator is a leading cloud communications company in India, offering an omni-channel SAAS platform with Cloud Call Center/Contact Center Software, WhatsApp API, IVR, and Toll-free Number. We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Job Description:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead Generation & Sales Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities using various lead generation techniques.
- Sales Execution: Present MyOperator's products and services to prospective clients, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Team Leadership & Management: Mentor and guide junior sales representatives, motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Sales Strategy Development, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management skills.
- Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales software.
- Proven track record in B2B sales.
Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum (depending on experience)
