Sales Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Noida. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the tech or cloud communications industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Salary Range: ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month (estimated based on location and industry standards)
