About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Revenue Strategist to join our team in Noida. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and networking events, to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Sales Execution: Effectively present MyOperator's products and services to prospective clients, conduct product demonstrations, address client inquiries, negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitable outcomes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, proactively identifying and addressing client needs and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Mentor and guide junior sales representatives, motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their targets, track and analyze team performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities, develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives, collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals, and track and analyze key sales metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven Sales Track Record: Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Certifications and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Salary Estimate: ₹15,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
