Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the cloud and data solutions space. This is a senior leadership role responsible for growing sales and revenue for our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in IT sales, with a strong background in sales strategies, team management, and client engagement. They will be able to design and execute sales strategies that align with organizational goals and adapt to evolving market conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Lead the sales function to achieve aggressive revenue growth, focusing on building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline and closing high-value deals.
  • Sales Team Management: Develop, mentor, and inspire the sales team to exceed targets. Foster a performance-driven culture that rewards achievement and innovation.
  • Client Relationship Management: Engage directly with key clients, delivering value-based selling strategies. Build long-term partnerships to unlock new revenue streams and strengthen existing accounts.
  • Sales Operations Oversight: Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficiency in processes, tools, and reporting. Establish metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Business Expansion: Identify and target growth opportunities in core service areas, including ServiceNow, Cloud Solutions, Data/AI, and Project Management, aligning sales goals with market demand and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the IT services and solutions space, with specific expertise in ServiceNow, Cloud, Data/AI, and Project Management.
  • Track Record: Must have successfully held a similar role or demonstrated the ability to scale revenue significantly in previous roles.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to design and execute sales strategies that align with organizational goals and adapt to evolving market conditions.
  • Client Engagement: Should excel in engaging with senior stakeholders at client organizations, articulating business value, and negotiating complex deals.
  • Result-Oriented: A proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales and revenue growth targets.
