Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Alliance Manager to join our team and serve as the co-captain in technology GTM for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scaling strategic partner relationships, primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem, to drive joint business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key partners.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to create scalable programs that drive co-selling opportunities and accelerate demand generation.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of partner programs, from planning to launch, ensuring all touchpoints are optimized for higher engagement and conversion.
  • Actively engage with the broader partner ecosystem, identifying new opportunities and synergies to expand our clients' reach and impact.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of alliance programs, using data to derive insights, report on key metrics, and continuously improve GTM tactics.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in alliance management, channel sales, or a related role within the B2B technology or SaaS industry.
  • Proven experience working with major technology partners, with deep knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • An outcome-oriented and go-getter mindset is essential.
