Job Opportunity for a Corporate Relations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to enhance our partnerships with leading organizations and facilitate successful placements for our students. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills to build relationships with industry professionals and HR leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Onboard companies to post job opportunities and recruit talent through our platform.
  • Foster long-term partnerships to build a robust hiring network that meets the needs of both employers and candidates.
  • Collaborate with employers to understand their hiring requirements and preferences.
  • Match qualified candidates with suitable job openings and ensure seamless hiring processes.
  • Track and exceed placement targets by leveraging industry connections and knowledge.
  • Gather success stories and testimonials from placed candidates to strengthen brand credibility and attract more corporate partners.
  • Identify and onboard industry experts for webinars and other events to promote our mission and enhance corporate engagement.
  • Manage events to create meaningful connections between employers and candidates.
  • Assist in planning quarterly outreach and placement goals to drive business growth.
  • Provide regular reports on outreach success, placement metrics, and industry trends to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in corporate relations, B2B partnerships, or recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to build strong relationships with industry professionals.
  • A strong interest in biotech, pharmaceutical, and life sciences industries is a plus.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deliver results under pressure.
  • A commitment to building career opportunities and strengthening industry connections.
