Senior Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and formalize partnerships with Indian colleges and universities to facilitate student progression, twinning programs, and exchange opportunities.
  • Negotiate Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and articulation agreements with partner institutions to ensure academic quality and compliance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partner institutions to drive institutional goals and objectives.

Academic Collaboration:

  • Design and develop progression pathways and credit transfer models in collaboration with university academic teams to enhance academic quality.
  • Align partnerships with institutional goals, ensuring alignment with academic quality and compliance standards.

Project Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of student exchange, dual-degree, or progression initiatives from conception to delivery.
  • Track project timelines, performance indicators, and deliverables to ensure timely completion and success.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal leadership, international university partners, and Indian institutions to foster collaborative relationships.
  • Maintain regular communication with Deans, Registrars, International Office Heads, and Academic Councils of partner institutions to ensure effective partnership management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 6-10 years of experience in higher education, preferably in institutional partnerships and international relations.
  • A strong understanding of the Indian higher education landscape and international mobility trends.

Preferred Attributes:

  • A well-established academic network within Indian Higher Education Institutions.
  • Familiarity with global education systems and their application in international partnerships.
