Job Title: Strategic Partnership Leader

We are seeking a visionary professional to spearhead strategic partnerships in the education sector.

The role will focus on building collaborative relationships with key government stakeholders, identifying policy synergies, and driving product adoption across public education systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with Central and State Government bodies across K-12, Higher Education, and ITI segments.
  • Analyze existing and upcoming government education policies to identify strategic alignment with our products and initiatives.
  • Cultivate relationships with senior government officials, including Commissioners, Principal Secretaries, and other decision-makers to communicate product value propositions.
  • Lead product adoption efforts by defining and tracking key performance indicators for engagement and impact.
  • Foster capacity building through stakeholder training programs, regular field visits, and cadence calls.
  • Deliver executive-level reports for internal stakeholders and progress updates for senior government officials.
  • Prioritize insights from stakeholder engagements to inform product roadmap and future iterations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in government relations, education policy, or public sector partnerships; prior experience in EdTech or SaaS preferred.
  • Strong understanding of India's education policy landscape and government functioning.
  • Demonstrated track record of stakeholder engagement and program execution in public sector environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate policy into actionable partnership opportunities.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
