Aon's Talent Solutions consulting practice is a core client-facing team that includes more than 300 consultants serving the India market. Our team helps clients with their most complex and challenging problems using deep insights and analytics.
Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead enterprise accounts within the technology industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inside sales techniques and best practices, with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. This role involves driving B2B sales strategy, growing revenue, wowing our clients, managing mid to large enterprise accounts, and bringing in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and target new enterprise prospects.
- Upsell and cross-sell HR consulting services specifically relevant to the technology sector.
- Develop account growth strategies in collaboration with the sales and solutions team, with a focus on technology trends.
- Map key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations, including CXOs.
- Establish and nurture relationships with CXOs to understand their strategic goals and align HR solutions with their objectives.
