Job Description

Role Summary: HCPL Global Consulting & Services is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to play a key role in our Business Sales/Development process. This is a challenging opportunity for a strategic sales and account management professional to develop and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with client companies, VMOs, MSPs, and implementation partners.
  2. Research and identify new business opportunities, making introductory calls to prospects on behalf of our contract services division.
  3. Deliver sales presentations, gain an understanding of clients' staffing requirements, and work with recruiters to refer suitable candidates for open searches.
  4. Manage the sales cycle, closing business deals independently, and uncovering new revenue opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Proven sales and account management experience in the staffing and recruiting industry.
  2. Strong business acumen and understanding of the end-to-end sales process.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
