Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at White Force Group. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to onboard D2C brands onto our platform.

About the Job

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about B2B and D2C sales. As a Business Development Executive, you will work closely with our internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for each client's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to target and onboard D2C brands onto the ONDC platform.
  • Identify potential brand partners through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Serve as the primary contact for brands, guiding them throughout the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for each client's unique needs.
  • Offer insights on product listing optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive brand success.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide resources to educate brand partners on best practices and tools for maximizing sales success on the platform.
  • Address any technical or operational challenges by coordinating between D2C brands and internal teams, ensuring prompt resolution.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on D2C sales.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
