Job Title: Account Executive Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive Field Sales Executive to join our team at RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for business acquisition, coordinating with area partners, and closing deals.

About the Role:

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  1. Business Acquisition: Residential Properties
  2. Coordinate with Area Partners: to attain new houses from the area designated to them
  3. Closing Deals: Follow independent owner deals and close them
  4. Verification: of location and house before onboarding the property
  5. Pitching: about the company's policies and pitch to owners
  6. Collection: of details for Agreement Generation
  7. Client Focus: Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills:

  1. Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and/or any regional language
  2. Agility: Ability to change according to business requirements
  3. Motivation: Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude. Willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done
  4. Data-driven: Keen interest in analyzing performance data and transforming it into actionable strategies
  5. Growth-driven: Keen to grow as an individual
