A deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience working with RFPs, GTM strategies, and B2B partnerships is essential.

This high-impact role involves working closely with leadership to define go-to-market strategies, engage with enterprise clients, and build long-term relationships with partners across industries. You will also collaborate with Kaam.com's recruitment, marketing, and product teams to deliver value to clients.

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors (Retail, BFSI, Logistics, Hospitality).
    • Manage the entire sales cycle — lead generation, client presentations, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure.
    • Respond to RFPs/RFQs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver winning proposals.
  • Partnership Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners to drive mutual business growth.
    • Collaborate with partners for co-branded initiatives, joint campaigns, and ecosystem development.
    • Track partner performance and ensure delivery against KPIs.
  • GTM & Revenue Strategy:
    • Work with leadership to design GTM plans and pricing models.
    • Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance Kaam.com's offerings.
    • Track and report sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Kaam.com's recruitment, marketing, and product teams to deliver value to clients.
    • Ensure seamless onboarding and support for new partners.
