In this role, you will own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues. This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your career growth, hone your problem-solving, collaboration and research skills, and develop your technical proficiency.
This position requires strong technical support skills, troubleshooting expertise and ability to collaborate within and across teams.
We are looking for individuals with a passion for delivering customer success. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or related field and 1+ years of technical support experience.
Key qualifications include fluency in reading, writing and speaking English, as well as ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
Responsibilities include response and resolution of customer technical issues, readiness to lead or participate in building communities, development of specific technical and professional proficiency, and product/process improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT) or related field
- 1+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience or information technology experience
- Fluency in English language
Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements is also required.
