Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

As a technical support specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's technology infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality technical support to users, resolving their queries and issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to user requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and Cisco phones.
  • Configure and troubleshoot virtual computers hosted via ESX servers.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Active Directory, Networking, Messaging, and Hardware concepts.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting experience for Microsoft Office applications, including Teams and O365.
  • Identify and escalate complex technical issues to senior teams for resolution.
  • Collaborate with users to implement self-help resources and provide training on common issues and FAQs.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Advanced knowledge of virtualization technologies and software-defined networking.
  • Proficiency in using ServiceNow ticketing tool and incident management software.
