Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support to international customers via an international voice process.
The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting experience on Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365 applications and services, with excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.
About You- You possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Technical Support (International Voice).
- You have strong troubleshooting experience on Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365.
- You are a Graduate from any discipline.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, M365 Fundamentals are a plus.
Above all, you are customer-focused, patient, and have excellent communication skills.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to international customers via an international voice process.
- Utilizing strong troubleshooting experience on Windows OS to diagnose and resolve user issues.
- Assisting customers with problems related to Microsoft Office 365 applications and services.
- Documenting all support interactions and resolutions accurately within the designated system.
- Escalating complex or unresolved issues to senior technical teams when necessary.
