
Senior Partnership Development Professional

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our partnerships with Indian colleges and universities.
The successful candidate will identify, initiate, and formalize these partnerships, negotiating Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and articulation agreements for student progression, twinning programs, and exchange opportunities.
S/he will maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and key stakeholders, ensuring academic quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design progression pathways and credit transfer models with university academic teams.
- Collaborate with internal and external academic teams to map curriculum compatibility and student eligibility.
- Lead end-to-end execution of student exchange, dual-degree, or progression initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum 6-10 years of experience in higher education, preferably in institutional partnerships, international relations.
Strong understanding of Indian higher education landscape and international mobility trends.
Proven experience in setting up articulation, exchange, or progression programs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel frequently across India and occasionally internationally.
