Enterprise Sales Leader

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to drive growth and revenue for a leading enterprise solutions provider? ADP is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven individual who can leverage their extensive network and exceptional sales skills to bring in new business from the enterprise market segment. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, meeting or exceeding assigned quota, and developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise market segment
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned quota
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through proactive communication and tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts and reports to management
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to senior-level executives
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong knowledge of HR technology products and industry trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to articulate value propositions and convert leads into closed deals
