Cashfree Payments, a leading fintech company, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to drive growth in the BFSI category. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the payments space, preferably in the BFSI category, with relevant experience in new client acquisition and hunting roles. They should also have a proven track record of consistently achieving revenue targets and staying updated on market trends and competitor intelligence.

As an Enterprise Sales Leader, you will be responsible for building and managing an outbound business development pipeline, identifying target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases, and establishing best practices for converting leads to sales.

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 6-12 years of experience in the fintech industry, preferably in online payments, with a strong understanding of SAAS enterprise sales catering to Lending and Investment categories. Estimated salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per annum
