Job Title: Business Development Manager

This is a senior role that involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience as an account manager and must come from an agency background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve growth targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets to generate new business leads and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Promote the agency's services to clients, offering customized recruitment solutions that align with their specific requirements.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and generate new leads.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth handover of new clients and their requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners/End Clients with a consistent track record of placements.
  • Well-versed with Recruitment life cycle and Staffing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities to establish and maintain client connections.
  • Analytical mindset to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
