Job Opportunity: Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist

Overview

We are a leading technology company committed to innovation and quality. Our Enterprise Mobility team is responsible for building and maintaining the foundation of our technology environment. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Windows endpoint management capabilities.
  • Provide production support for Windows endpoint management in a distributed environment.
  • Act as a technical expert for device lifecycle management (enrollment, configuration, protection, retirement).
  • Manage policy creation, task sequence development, configuration profile creation, OS updating, application packaging, endpoint security, and automation of operational procedures.
  • Research and recommend solutions to improve end-user and business experience.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows) experience.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Device Lifecycle Management, troubleshooting & remote management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence.
  • Good understanding of Entra ID, Microsoft/Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
