Job Title: Demand Generation Specialist

 

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to execute demand generation strategies across various channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving pipeline growth and implementing effective campaigns.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation plans to drive enterprise and mid-market account growth.
  • Manage Aereo's Webinars, Email Campaigns, Ads, Google Ads, Events, SEO-driven inbound strategies, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch high-impact campaigns aligned with buyer personas and decision journeys.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, funnel conversion, and ROI.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and market insights.
  • Oversee the use and effectiveness of CRM, marketing automation, and website performance tools.
  • Support regional growth initiatives in international markets through targeted demand gen strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth for SaaS, enterprise tech, or B2B services.
  • Experience managing webinars, email campaigns, Ads, Google Ads, events, and inbound strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and campaign performance tools.
  • International market exposure is an added advantage.
