Senior Enterprise Leader

An exciting opportunity exists to lead a mid-sized forging and manufacturing company into a globally competitive enterprise.

The Role

Owning the end-to-end profit and loss statement, this senior executive will set strategy, translate it into roadmaps, and drive outcomes across commercial, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, IT, compliance, and ESG.

  • Drive business growth through expansion in Oil & Gas and new verticals; building channel/partner ecosystems in priority geographies.
  • Establish a predictable order book and margin profile by negotiating long-cycle contracts and key accounts.
  • Transform manufacturing capabilities: improve throughput, overall equipment effectiveness, yield, and first-time-right quality.
  • Institutionalize data-driven governance through digital/ERP transformation.
  • Strengthen supply chain resilience by establishing a performance culture.
Requirements

We are seeking an accomplished professional with 18+ years of experience in B2B manufacturing/industrial engineering, demonstrating P&L ownership and scale-up results. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A track record of driving growth across domestic and international markets, securing large, multi-year contracts.
  • Strong command of plant operations, quality systems, supply chain, and capital expenditure deployment.
  • Solid financial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proven ability to build accountable teams and foster a high-performance culture.
