Enterprise Growth Strategist

A high-performing Enterprise Growth Strategist to identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain robust, long-term relationships by deeply understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lead Generation & Closure: Identify new opportunities, engage with decision-makers, and drive opportunities from initiation to closure.
  • Strategic Outreach: Represent the firm at industry events, network with stakeholders, and position the firm as a trusted partner in retail design.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations aligned with client needs, showcasing the firm's value proposition.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the design and project teams to deliver seamless solutions and exceed client expectations.
  • Sales Goals: Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
  • Market Insights: Monitor retail trends and emerging opportunities to keep the firm ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4–6 years in sales; institutional and corporate sales background preferred.
  • Skills: Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to engage senior decision-makers.
  • Attributes: A proactive self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
