Job Overview

As a key member of our organization, you will spearhead strategic initiatives to drive business growth in India. Your primary focus will be on identifying untapped market opportunities, addressing evolving enterprise needs, and bridging competitive gaps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to define and drive long-term positioning strategies to establish sustainable market leadership.
  • The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the enterprise profit and loss (P&L), with a focus on optimizing pricing strategies, improving margins, and ensuring cost efficiency.
  • You will build and nurture senior-level relationships with chief executive officers (CXOs) across high-impact sectors such as BFSI, Retail, and Technology.
  • Our target is to lead client acquisition and expansion through multi-year, high-value contracts that drive predictable, recurring revenue.
  • Establishing strategic partnerships will accelerate growth and enhance client portfolio strength.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in CRM sales with strong exposure to the Indian market is required.
  • Experience in a startup environment within the CRM or SaaS space is a significant advantage.
  • The successful candidate must be a self-starter, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and capable of building and scaling the business alongside the founders.
