Job Description:

The Senior Growth Strategist will play a key role in developing and executing business growth strategies that drive revenue expansion, customer acquisition, and retention.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and assess their feasibility.
  2. Develop and implement growth strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational changes to support growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving business growth through innovative strategies and tactics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
