Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Design Strategist to lead our product design team in creating innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute design strategies that align with our company's vision and goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into user-centered designs that meet the needs of our customers.

As a senior member of our design team, you will be responsible for:

  • Mentoring junior designers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborating with product managers to define product requirements and design solutions.
  • Leading design workshops and presentations to communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience in product design, with a focus on strategy and leadership.
